Try This Challenge of the Month.

 

For the next month, start eating your green leafy vegetables with every meal and drinking water with 2 meals a day and at least 2-3 glasses during the day. Your green leafy vegetables are Spinach, Cabbage, Collard Greens, Kale, Mustard Greens, Turnip greens, Lettuce, Raddichio and any other leafy green vegetables. These will help in the process of digestion but also in the absorption of needed vitamins and minerals. The water will help in the process as well by cleansing out all your vital organs, and blood system of the toxins that we take in through breathing, eating, and everyday life.
